Paul Dundas – Founder & CEO
Paul Dundas is a passionate, entrepreneurial character driven by a desire to achieve outstanding results. With over 18 years in the information technology and telecommunications sector, Paul has seen many changes in the Australian marketplace.
He has held directorships and executive management positions in Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Operations and General Management positions with several Australian and multinational organisations prior to founding Emersion.
An avid believer that we’re all in business to stay in business, Paul’s vision is to continue supporting the development of software solutions to the Telco and Managed Service Provider industries, giving service providers an auditable billing and payment system – from supplier thru to the end customer, which is both scalable and flexible.
Martin Edge – Chief Technology Officer
Starting out in the industry over 10 years ago, he is an accomplished IS professional with extensive experience in software development, system administration, service provider systems, networks and customer support. He has consistently proven his abilities in conducting accurate needs analysis, solving business and technical problems, assessing technical capabilities, conducting strategic planning, building and motivating teams and project management.
Martin has experienced first-hand the challenges of company mergers in the ISP industry. Having managed a number of technical integrations at both wholesale and retail levels, Martin’s extensive experience in knowing the challenges of a seamless integration made him a great partner in the development of Emersion’s software architecture. Martin was a key decision maker and hands-on architect for several large ISPs, including over 5 years as Development Manager at Dodo.
Under Martin’s leadership, Emersion’s software solutions support end-to-end Provisioning, Billing applications, and our purpose-built Umbrella Architecture, giving full control to our customers and their end-users.
