Other Features
Locating an End User is streamlined by the Emersion search tool. Once located, you can easily view and manage your End User’s bundles and services, view their invoices and payments, as well as perform updates and other maintenance. If your End User has data and telephony plans, you can manage all of their services and billing from a single place.
Later releases will include even more functionality for Customer management, including RADIUS error logs and provisioning / upgrading / cross grading / downgrading transaction logs, showing the user that processed the request, giving you total management of the services you provide to your End Users.
Depending on the Supplier and the Service, a Service Provider can lodge support tickets upstream using pre-determined templates (Smart Forms), attaching key information stored in the System to reduce re-keying of data and have these emailed to the Supplier.
Depending on the Supplier and the Service, a Service Provider can upload Customer Authority Forms (CAF) for archival purposes. This will be expanded for Order Forms and other Documents.
Although Emersion is not an accounting system, for each Entity in the system, provided Permissions are granted, an account balance can be maintained between two Entities, providing basic accounting functionality in concert with the Billing Sub-System.
If you use the system to manage upstream and downstream relationships, and provide the information to the Emersion Systems you will be able to report on basic Revenue and COGS as well as Accounts Payable (to your suppliers) and Account Receivable (for your Products and Services). Using this data you can manage your Gross Profit and identify products and services that are performing well.
A vast array of reports are provided for, including aged debtors, invoice summary, billing delivery and history report, and traffic and service totals. As the System develops more reporting will be added for each Module. Additional new reports will be provided, giving you more information about your customers, their services, invoicing and payments.
