The Emersion Software System is constantly developing as market needs change, and carriers become more popular with wholesalers and retailers. We can tailor services to our customers’ needs upon request.

Are payment gateways supported? If so, which ones?
Yes, payment gateways are a seamless part of the Emersion Billing system.
Creditcard and EFT Gateway interfaces to major banks and credit providers include:
- Visa, American Express, Diners Club
- BPay and Direct Debit
- Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, St George Bank, National Australia Bank, ANZ
What if a payment gateway supplier I use isn’t on the list?
It is possible Emersion is already developing an interface.

Can I customize the layout of my bills?
Yes.
However our standard inclusions within the set up costs include the ability to add:
- Colours – in line with your corporate design
- Your logo
Emersion provides a choice of 2 standard billing templates – one for retailers, or one for wholesalers. This is included in the standard set up cost.
How much does the Emersion System cost?
Emersion’s charges are broken down into 3 sections:
1. Set up fees – once off
2. System Access fees – charged monthly
3. Service Use fees – charged monthly
The Set up fee is a once-off charge, and covers the cost of importing and setting up your customers and supplier interfaces on the Emersion software system. Also see Can I customize the layout of my bills?
System Access fees are charged monthly, and gives your company access to the Emersion portal – Cumulus™, allowing you to manage the telco/ISP/data/VoIP services, bundles and package offerings to your customers.
System Access fees also allow your end user customers access to Cumulus™ with their own end user customer view, allowing them to track their usage and bills.
Service Use fees are calculated monthly, based on a cents per Service or Transaction, plus % of Billed Revenue. This is calculated at the end of every month.
What do I need to provide Emersion for a quotation?
- List of current services offered
- Service Types
- Service Quantity (ie. number of services)
- Suppliers (ie Carriers)
- Current payment types accepted (ie creditcard, Bpay)
- Hosted Service requirements – ie Radius or Mail

How does Emersion charge for my company to use their system?
After initial Set up fees, there are 2 monthly charges. System Access fee + Service Usage fee.

How long does it take for my company to migrate to the Emersion System?
For a standard set up with minimal customization, please allow 3-6 weeks.
The length of time will vary depending on the level of customization and quality of data from your existing systems.
What sort of Support can I expect from Emersion?
An Emersion representative will be assigned to your account to assist with the data migration and set up.
Once your account has been set up, Emersion will arrange training for your staff on how to use the Cumulus™ portal, which will enable you to manage your customer accounts and service offerings.
Ongoing Support is provided via a support ticketing system available on the Cumulus™ portal.
