In later releases html template Billing Templates will be up-loadable so You can define and control the look of your Invoices, allowing You to take your bill presentation to a whole new level. You will be able to completely control the layout of your invoices - where and how information appears – any way you like!
In later releases, an invoice will be able to be generated at any time to summarise customer’s current services and charges.
The invoice will also be capable of supporting separate billing information for Credit Card, Invoice, Direct Debit, BPay™ and BilPost™ with different identification numbers for each.
With integration to the Payment & Refunds System and access through the appropriate Gateway all services can be accessed.
Depending on the Supplier and the Service, a Customers can lodge support tickets using pre-determined templates (Smart Forms), attaching key information stored in the System to reduce re-keying of data and have these emailed to the Supplier.
Expansion of the Support Ticketing System will allow Customers to lodge support tickets, which can be assigned to a Service Provider, or a Department or Account Manager within a Service Provider. Customer Support tickets can then be re-assigned to other staff, or escalated to higher level support staff, as well as Service Providers lodging Tickets upstream to their Suppliers that can be linked to the Customer Tickets.
Tasks waiting for completion, or with an outstanding action, will display on your Dashboard to help you manage your Customers and services. A typical example where you would use tasks to manage your work is when you are provisioning a service – you are likely to perform a number of tasks such as check the customer information, update account details or credit card expiry date etc.
Emersion is looking to develop an interface to a full blown CRM System such as Sugar™ to provide you even more information about your customers, Marketing campaigns and pipeline management.
Emersion is looking to develop an interface to allow you to integrate the Ledger system to your Accounting System. The Ledger system will be expanded to include a General Ledger, allowing you to apply General Ledger Codes to each component of Products, Services and Bundles to be exported in a Generic Interface. Translations will then be possible to popular Accounting systems such as MYOB® and Quicken®.
Emersion has developed a Voucher Management System to integrate to integrate with the Payment & Refunds System Module to enable an End User to redeem credit (Credit) via the My Account interface or Customers via the Umbrella UI. The Client can request Emersion to create Voucher Keys (Keys) using the Voucher Key Order Form. Emersion will generate the relevant Keys and you are then responsible for issuing the Voucher Keys to your End Users via a Voucher (Voucher) in any way you see fit. Voucher Keys will be for a variety of values and will be linked to a particular Service Provider (using a Voucher Batch Number).
Once Emersion has issued the Acquirer with its Voucher Keys it is up to the Acquirer to distribute these to their End Users via verbal, electronic or printed means. Emersion is not responsible for the security of these Keys once they have been issued.
The Keys once activated may be utilised by End Users to pay for products or services by adding Credit to the End Users Account by redeeming the Voucher.
The following limitations and conditions apply to the Vouchers:

All Voucher Keys will have a fixed life. The Service Provider will specify Valid From and To Dates in the Order Form. Emersion limits the ‘lifetime’ of Voucher Keys to a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 12 Months. |

Voucher Keys will be generated to any value in $1 increments up to $100 maximum. |

All Voucher Keys are issued Inclusive of GST. |

Voucher Keys will be issued in Batches of no less than 50 and no more than 10,000. |

Voucher Keys may not be used for any other purpose and are not transferable. |

It is the Service Providers responsibility to inform the End Users of these limitations. |
View all RADIUS servers that Emersion can proxy authenticate with for You and the service types that use them (e.g. DSL, Dial Ports etc). Timeouts, retry count, default radius failure policies, “Auth All” mode, and your radius secret will be able to be configured. Details about lost or broken radius stop records (i.e. time/date/ user/pop) will be displayed, and a radius testing tool will be provided to send test radius packets.
A list of Dial Ports with their type/locations will be provided as screen viewable and a downloadable report, showing Country, State, and POP usage for both fixed versus roaming ports. Filtering will allow you to display the information for a set period in intervals of five minutes (Supplier dependant), daily, weekly or monthly. Information will also show whether a roaming port has had enough usage to be switched to a fixed port.
